Kapalua Resort Master Planned Community in Hawaii

Along the northwest shore of Maui is a master planned community unlike any other. The Kapalua Resort is a premier gated community located about ten miles north of Lahaina. Condominiums range in price from $575,000 to $9.3 million. Single family homes and estates range in price from $2.4 million to $19.5 million. Home sites range in price from $1.3 million to $4.5 million.
