Once the file conversion process is initiated, the computer will do the rest of the work. The program comes along with a progress bar that keeps you abreast of the progress. You will be able to see how the file conversion is coming along.

Once the conversion is complete for your home movie, you will be required to synchronize the movie on your computer with the iPod software before it can be transferred to your iPod. The synchronization process works the same way with home videos as it does with storing songs on your iPod.
